Quick, easy and AMAZING!!

Happy Thursday!!  I just wanted to do a quick post and share a wonderful recipe I tried last night that was quick, easy and AMAZING!!   5 minute air fryer cheesy tortilla

Last night we were having left over pasta and meatballs with a small salad so I went the Italian route with oregano, garlic and a bit of parmesan  with mozzarella.  I can see how this would be equally good with various cheeses and spices. So many options but I'm thinking Mexican next.

You can find the full recipe from the link below.  Thank you Pattie for all of the wonderful recipes you share!!

    1. I've missed you and can't wait to hear about your vacation.
You could always do it in the oven and it would work just as well.

  4. That sounds yummy. I do something similar, except as quesadillas. Like the idea of all cheese facing up!

I still approve since it will hit the spot as comfort food.

    2. Oh my gosh, yes, the combos are endless. I love garlic powder and paprika - but herbie herbies are excellent as well. Really can't go wrong.
