I really enjoy stuffed peppers, especially in the Summer when everything is fresh. I saw this and wanted to share. I think these would make delicious light meals. The possibilities are endless. Stay cool everyone.
Those do look wonderful. I stopped buying peppers of any color because a few years ago they all began tasting like fuel to me. I know; weird, right? No one else tastes it but that's ALL I taste! I wonder what it means. xoxo
I can tell the difference between store bought and farrm fresh. I always dice and slice bags of them in the summer to freeze and enjoy during the Winter so I don't have to buy them at the store.
Those all look absolutely delicious!! I'm going to try the Caprese & Greek ones first. We love stuffed peppers. I make a lasagna stuffed pepper. Fill pepper with meat sauce & top with mozarella. I usually add veggies to my meat sauce (mushrooms, spinach, red peppers), so it's loaded with goodness. Thank you for sharing! Hope you, the big guy & Binx have a wonderful weekend!
I just bought a bunch of peppers yesterday so now you've given me ideas. My family's favourite meal was always beef and rice stuffed peppers but now I'm on my own I can try out a few different ideas, although I have made them stuffed with couscous. Lovely!
Those look good although I'm not a fan of cooked peppers. For some reason they taste so different to me. One of my favorite snacks is a half of a green pepper with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
Just seeing the photos of the stuffed peppers make me drool. One of my favorites- thanks for sharing it.
ReplyDeleteI love them too and need to remind myself to enjoy them more often.
DeleteI'm crossing my fingers that my daughter's peppers take off like her zucchini has. I love stuffed peppers.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure her peppers will do well.

ReplyDeleteYUM. Thanks - I love stuffed peppers.
ReplyDeleteMe too Cheryl!
DeleteWe grow peppers but they never get big enough to stuff. Those look terrific!
ReplyDeleteIs it because you have a shorter growing season?
DeleteI haven't had stuffed peppers in quite a while. These variations take stuffed peppers to whole new level.
ReplyDeleteI haven't either but I plan to have them this week. This is a good reminder they can be so much more than rice and beef. lol

ReplyDeleteI wonder if it's a thing like cilantro where it tastes so much different to people. Yum on the peppers with cream cheese. I love that too.
