Very cute. We were talking about cannelloni at daughter's. Her mother is full Italian and cooks Italian. She does not like to cook cannelloni, but the kids love it. So do I. I have found if I don't overcook the tubes and leave them really eldente (sp) I can get them filled and then the sauce does the rest.
